Full groom duration for a small/medium dog varies between 1.5 – 3 hours, and depends on dog’s temperament, coat condition, coat density and groom style requested. The comfort and safety of the dog comes first.
Eden Pet Salon provides a 3 session Puppy Package that aims to help a puppy learn and gain the skills needed for professional grooming. Each session builds up the puppy’s exposure to the grooming process and aims to make grooming an enjoyable experience for him/her.
Session 1: 20 minutes
Session 2: 30 minutes
Session 3: 45 minutes to 1 hour

| Matting fee When a dog’s coat is severely matted and knotted, it cannot be brushed out without causing pain to the dog. We do not dematt coats as it is painful and stressful for dogs. This fee covers the extra care and resources needed to remove a matted coat. You will be advised if a matting fee needs to be charged upon assessment. | $30 |
